Characteristic
Character of Fractal Graphene
Fractal graphene is an ultra-high purity graphene with a carbon purity of 99.8%.
Compared to existing graphene, it is produced in an environmentally friendly process, significantly increasing the strength and durability of plastic products with high purity and 1/10 to 100 the amount, ensuring sustainability.
USE
Applications of Fractal Graphene
🫙 PET Bottles 🫙
By adding a trace amount of fractal graphene, we improved both mechanical strength and water vapor barrier properties.
This allows for thinner and lighter PET bottles, saving significant amounts of resin and cost.
🧻 Polymeric Films (e.g., PE) 🧻
With just 100 ppm of fractal graphene, various physical properties were significantly enhanced.
🌳 Recycled Plastics 🌳
The use of recycled plastics is becoming mandatory in polymer production.
The decline in mechanical properties caused by recycled resins can be mitigated by adding a trace amount of fractal graphene.
🪣 Polyurethane Coatings 🪣
Commercial coatings containing 0.05–0.5 % fractal graphene showed simultaneous improvements in wear resistance, scratch resistance, and UV stability.
🔋 Energy Storage & Electronic Materials 🪫
The high electrical conductivity and dispersibility of fractal graphene make it suitable for applications such as batteries, supercapacitors, and EMI shielding (e.g., secondary battery electrodes).
🏢 Other Composites 🏢
Studies are underway to enhance the strength and durability of materials such as concrete and polymer composites using fractal graphene.
