Transparency, gloss
It has an average particle size of about 40 nm and has virtually no scattering power with a low refractive index of 1.64.
It does not damage the transparency and color of the finished product.
Maximized gloss effect provides the best gloss to plastics, paints, and coatings.
Pigment stabilization effect
It prevents agglomeration of organic and inorganic pigments, and has the effect of improving the agglomeration of systems that have already agglomerated.
As a result, gloss and Distinctiveness of image (DOI) are improved, and rub-out effect is reduced.
Reduce overbaking
When paints and coatings are used for materials with different specific heat (for example, when aluminum and iron parts are used together), color differences between pigments and dyes may occur.
This is due to overbaking, and the haze increases and the gloss decreases in proportion to the time temperature.
Fluidity control (prevents edge sagging)
The anti-sagging effect of nano barium sulfate improves edge coverage, secondary to corrosion protection, and reduces rework.
Nucleating agent (Nucleating Agent)
